Industry sources said Nvidia B300 servers are selling in China for about 7 million yuan, or roughly $1 million, per unit.
Sources said the China price is nearly double the roughly 4 million yuan level cited for late last year.
Sources said B300 server prices in China have been rising since early this year and increased more sharply after grey-market supply came under pressure amid a crackdown on chip smuggling.
